In other news, here's the salad I made for Thanksgiving. Apple, parmesan & homemade candied almond salad with cracked lemon peppercorn tossed arugula and romaine. I made the almonds with agave nectar instead of sugar (thanks for the tip Chef Jesus from Cups La Jolla!).
